How to reach us

Email hello@tokyonighttours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.

We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the site you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.

If your tour was cancelled or you missed it

A refund or a new date is the operator's to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Every tour listed here refunds in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before it starts, and a tour called off for bad weather is offered a new date or a refund.

The usual problem is the wrong exit. Shinjuku Station has many, and the Lion statue and the police box at the East Exit are only a few metres apart, so if you missed your group, check the exact spot your booking named before you write to the operator. Some operators refuse entry at 15 minutes late.

Corrections

If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. Start times, prices and routes change, and the winter illuminations change every year. The fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.
